The Venture Capital Committee is dedicated to connecting venture capital attorneys in Silicon Valley while also providing career growth opportunities. The Committee will host several events each year, including substantive legal panels and networking mixers, which will be catered towards founders, investors, and attorneys alike. The Committee will also serve as a resource for those who are interested in developing a corporate practice while fostering connections with others in the APABA Silicon Valley community. Andrew Lu
Andrew is a startup and venture capital attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Andrew is a Silicon Valley native and a graduate of the University of Chicago and Harvard Law School. Prior to his legal career, Andrew was a computer programmer working on solving the problem of broken links on the internet.
Sarina Jwo
Sarina Jwo is an Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, venture capital and debt financings, and other transactional matters. Prior to joining Kilpatrick, Sarina worked at an automotive research and development center, an international law firm in its Palo Alto headquarters, and multiple leading high-tech companies. Sarina received both her JD and BSC degrees from Santa Clara University.
Angela Kwok
Angela Kwok is a Venture Capital and Corporate Attorney at Coepio Legal Inc. Angela provides strategic solutions to clients in Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in private equity/venture capital fund formation, startups, venture capital financing, M&A and related tax issues.
Frances Mosley
Frances Mosley is Counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP. Frances’ practice focuses on complex transactional and corporate matters, with an emphasis on representing venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and companies in venture capital and debt financings, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.
