The Small Firm/Solo Practitioner Committee plans to provide educational seminars focusing on best practices for small firm attorneys and solo practitioners. The Committee also plans to be a resource for members interested in pursuing careers in small firms or starting their own law firms.

Jaya Reddy
President
Jaya K. Reddy is a committed family law practitioner at Hoge Fenton. Her practice focuses on high asset marital dissolutions, prenuptial/post-marital agreements, and custody disputes. She earned her B.A. from UCLA, and her J.D. from Santa Clara Law, where she served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). Jaya is a Bay Area native, 2017 APABA Silicon Valley Equal Justice Scholarship Recipient, and current chair of the Small Firm/Solo Practitioner Committee of APABA Silicon Valley.
