Vincent Sheu

Vincent Sheu is a GC and cofounder, advising startups and organizations across a broad range of legal needs. He is the cofounder of a startup in stealth. Previously, Vincent did stints in biglaw (startup/general corporate and litigation/IP), before serving as TPM/GC at a growth gaming company. Vincent earned his JD/MS Computer Science from Stanford, and an Meng Bioengineering & BA Statistics/Molecular & Cell Biology from Cal.
Ken Kumayama
Ken Kumayama is a partner at Skadden, where he represents clients in a range of technology and commercial transactions relating to the ownership, protection and exploitation of intellectual property, including IP monetization strategies, development and license agreements, co-development agreements, pharmaceutical collaboration agreements, patent and other technology license agreements, trademark and copyright license agreements, and patent and other intellectual property asset sales and acquisitions. He has been honored as a Top Intellectual Property Lawyer by The Daily Journal and recognized as a Technology MVP by Law360.
Amy Lai
Amy is a patent and trademark attorney at HG Law LLP in San Jose, CA. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, strategic IP counseling, and IP litigation support. Amy helps her clients protect their IP across a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence/machine learning, digital media, networking, image processing, speech signal processing, graphical user interfaces, wearable technology, and fintech. Amy holds a JD from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
