The In-House Committee of APABA Silicon Valley is glad to announce that a delegation from the Japan Patent Office has found time in their busy schedule to meet with APABA members. The delegation will present information about patent law and patent prosecution in Japan, followed by a Q&A session. The delegation will be generously hosted by Wilson Sonsini, but attendance is limited to 20 people. Afterwards, there will be a short reception where attendees will have the opportunity to interact directly with JPO Examiners.

Are you preparing for Fall On-Campus Interviews or need to polish your resume and interviewing skills after the bar exam? APABA-SV will conduct its annual Mock Interview & Resume Review Workshop for law students and post-bar graduates on Saturday, August 2, 2014! Sign-up for 30 minute sessions with an attorney to review your resume and practice your interviewing skills.  Sign up now!

To participate in the resume review/mock interview portion of the Workshop, please register at APABA-SV Workshop. Then send a copy of your resume to mentorship@apabasv.com before July 31, 2014, so we can provide it to your interviewer in advance of the Workshop. We will assign an interview time once we receive your resume.

We have a limited number of time slots so register ASAP! Attorneys, if you would like to volunteer as an interviewer, please complete register as well at the link above.
