The Court of Santa Clara County wants to invite you to attend the Fred Korematsu Day Legal Panel Discussion this Saturday January 30, 2016.
This event is a partnership between the Japanese American Museum of San Jose (JAMsj), the Fred Korematsu Institute, and the Santa Clara County Courts with events occurring throughout the day (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) to honor Fred Korematsu and his societal and legal legacy.
In the afternoon, The Court will be helping to moderate a discussion about Fred Korematsu, The Federal Court writ of Coram Nobis and it’s impact on intolerance towards ethnic and religious minorities today.
