Want to learn self-defense from a 4th degree Black Belt? Alex Chen is a 4th degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate.  He has been teaching self-defense for many years, and also studied Chinese Wing Chung Snake-Fist Kung Fu, Goshin Jutsu (Japanese karate), and Shorin-Ryu (Okinawan karate).

Attendees will learn about the mental aspects of self defense, as well as three self-defense techniques, and the benefits of low kicks and punches.
