The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) has selected Lee Tran & Liang LLP (LTL) as the recipient of its 2015 Asian Pacific American (APA)-Owned Law Firm of the Year Award. This award recognizes APA-owned law firms that have achieved prominence and distinction while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards in the profession, and have demonstrated a strong commitment to the APA community.

This year, LTL has teamed with APABA Silicon Valley to fund $10,000 in scholarships to deserving law students in our community. “We are thrilled to see LTL recognized on the national stage for its legal excellence, and thank the firm for its generous support of the APA community in California,” said APABA Silicon Valley president Christine Wang.

LTL was founded in 2003 by a group of former attorneys from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. With over 30 attorneys across three offices in California, LTL is now one of the largest and fastest growing APA-owned law firms in the country. LTL was also recently named as one of ten firms on the National Law Journal’s 2014 Litigation Boutiques Hot List, and was awarded the 2013 Client Service Award by the California Minority Counsel Program.

The 2015 APA-Owned Law Firm of the Year Award will be presented to LTL at the 2015 NAPABA Convention on Nov. 7, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
