Vivian Wang is Deputy Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Section of the California Attorney General’s Office, where she prosecutes violations of the state’s False Advertising and Unfair Competition laws. Prior to that, she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of California, a litigation associate at Berliner Cohen LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, and a law clerk for Judge Diane Sykes on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
