Sue Xia is the Head of IP at Snowflake and a true jack-of-all-trades in-house attorney.  She manages a wide scope of work that spans global patent strategy, litigation, portfolio management, and launching the company’s Open Source Program Office (OSPO).

Sue is a long-standing fixture in APABA Silicon Valley; after a multi-year run leading the In-House Committee, she stepped up to chair the Women in Law Committee—where she’s famously known for hosting their highly anticipated signature skincare event. She backs up her in-house expertise with a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
