Mr. Kim is a partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office, where he focuses on intellectual property and patent litigation. He received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Kim previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan D. Lourie of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
