Cheryl is a Senior Counsel on the Corporate Legal team at Dropbox, Inc. Prior to joining Dropbox, Cheryl was a Corporate Associate at Reed Smith LLP, where her practice focused on general corporate matters, venture capital and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters. Cheryl received her B.A. from UC Davis and J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
