How to Submit an Activity Report
Please click on the link (“APABA Silicon Valley Committee Activity Report Form“) below and complete the form.
Activity Reports need to be completed for all events organized by your committee. This Activity Report will be the means through which we can track your Committee’s activity and funding needs.
We would appreciate receiving this Activity Report no more than two (2) weeks after your event. Once submitted, the Activity Report will be shared with our Treasurer (treasurer@apabasv.com), for tax compliance purposes, and to the Internal VP (ivp@apabasv.com).
Please note that an Activity Report must be submitted before any reimbursement requests can be processed.
