By submitting these materials, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the speaker’s express consent to collect, use, and publish their headshot, biography, name, and professional information for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to publication on APABA Silicon Valley’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communications.
