APABA Silicon Valley is proud to congratulate Thanh Ngo on his appointment to serve as a judge in the Riverside County Superior Court.

A longtime leader in the APABA Silicon Valley community, Judge-designate Ngo served as President of APABA Silicon Valley in 2007.

Prior to his judicial appointment, Judge Ngo served as a Deputy District Attorney at the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office from 2023 to 2026 and as Field Counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2022 to 2023. He previously served as Assessment Appeal Policy Director at the Alameda County Assessor’s Office from 2020 to 2021 and as a Trial Attorney at TDN Law Group from 2013 to 2019.

Judge Ngo also served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office from 2006 to 2013, Assistant District Attorney at the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office from 2001 to 2005, and Assistant District Attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office from 1996 to 2000. Earlier in his career, he was an Echoing Green Fellow at Asian Law Caucus from 1994 to 1996.
