Jialing Dailey is Director of IP at Atlassian, where she is responsible for transactional and product-related IP matters. Prior to joining Atlassian, she was a member of Oracle’s Development and Engineering Legal Team, advising development and engineering organizations on complex transactional and product-focused legal issues. Jialing is a U.S. Patent Attorney and previously worked as a Patent Examiner at the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
