This program is for anyone interested in learning about how to select, clear, use and protect trademarks to maximize their value.

Our speakers will cover how to maximize the value of trademarks and minimize risks, including tips of selecting the right trademark and branding strategy, and international filing strategies. They will also discuss safeguarding and maintaining trademark rights, enforcing and protecting trademark rights, avoiding infringement claims, and developing a company’s trademark policy.

To cap off the program, they will review some of the significant changes in the law, including some recent decisions from the Supreme Court and other noteworthy decisions affecting trademarks.
