APABA Silicon Valley’s AI, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Committee is pleased to announce its first
event of the year:  “Learn All About India’s New Privacy Law: Digital Personal Data Protection Act.”  The seminar will feature a unique presentation by Hemant Krishna, a partner at India’s leading law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.  Hemant will share details about the latest developments related to data privacy protection in India.

Attendees will also get the opportunity to understand the implications of the recently enacted law and gain practical insight into various compliance strategies. The event will be moderated by Rutuja Deshpande, associate attorney at IndUS Counsel.
