2024 BENCH & BAR® IN DIALOGUE – PALO ALTO

This CLE event and Reception by the Federal Circuit Bar Association (Co-hosted by APABA Silicon Valley) will bring together the judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

In addition, experts will share the latest developments in patent case management, everyday litigation challenges, and emerging trends in patent litigation, offering attendees a comprehensive view of the current landscape. The program will include an engaging fireside chat, and culminate with a CAFC Judicial Panel, providing a rare chance to interact with judiciary members and discuss important issues impacting the Federal Circuit community and beyond.
