The Intellectual Property Committee, In-House Counsel Committee, and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Committee invite you to join us for the second session of our three part series discussing risk and issues relating to artificial intelligence (AI). As we resume our discussion on this intriguing technology, we will be discussing the differences between predictive AI and generative AI tools/technologies, such as ChatGPT. In this session we will explore licensing issues surrounding AI, open source considerations, litigation considerations, and risk management for AI. As a harbinger of things to come with AI, portions of this invitation were generated using ChatGPT.
This informative session is intended to be presented in hybrid format. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided for a networking reception after the session. Make sure to mark your calendars and join us for a night of engaging discussion, networking, and refreshments.
Please RSVP here. 1.0 hour of General MCLE credit will be offered for this program.
