The Intellectual Property Committee, In-House Counsel Committee and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Committee invite you to attend the first of three sessions covering a variety of risks and issues relating to the use of AI, with our first session having a particular focus on generative AI tools and technologies, such as ChatGPT and Midjourney and Stable Diffusion. Due to the many issues raised by this technology, this first session will provide a general overview of what generative AI is and how it works, together with a discussion of various copyright, data privacy and contractual considerations for in-house lawyers and outside counsel to bear in mind. Whether your organization develops AI technology, is just starting to use it internally or as part of products, is thinking about licensing its content for training purposes, or is looking to partner with or acquire a company using AI—this presentation will be highly relevant to you!
Food and drinks will be provided. CLE credit is pending for this presentation. If you have any questions, please email Ken Kumayama at ken.kumayama@skadden.com. Please RSVP using this link.
