Hey, APABA Silicon Valley members (both IP and non-IP)! Come and join us for an outdoors family potluck picnic, where we’ll celebrate the “beginning of the end” of the pandemic! Spouses, kids and significant others are welcome. Please bring entrées, appetizers and/or desserts to share in an amount proportional to the # of people you are bringing. We will supply drinks and tableware.
We will have a named picnic area reserved at Baylands Park, Sunnyvale. The city is still imposing capacity constraints, so we are limited to 65 people total. As we get closer to the date, we will email the picnic area name to the first 65 attendees that RSVP and sign up on the Google doc (below) with the food type (entrées, appetizers and/or desserts) they will contribute.
Most adults should be vaccinated by now, but as a courtesy to those who aren’t (such as kids) and per APABA Silicon Valley board policy, please wear a mask when you are not eating/drinking and are in close contact with others. APABA Silicon Valley highly encourages guests to socially distance and wear masks at all organization-related functions, as a common courtesy. By RSVPing for this event, you (and on behalf of your guests) agree to assume the risk of attendance by you and your guests, and that APABA Silicon Valley and the event organizers disclaim any liability arising from this event.
