Please join the Women in Law Committee for a fun virtual cooking class taught by Nibble n’ Gobble. We will be making spicy lemongrass tofu, Vietnamese cucumber salad, and rice. Kits containing all ingredients for the meal (except for soy sauce) will be available for pickup near downtown Mountain View during the morning of Saturday, April 17 between 10:30-11:00 am (an alternative pickup location to be coordinated). No special cooking tools required (just need a medium pot with a lid and a large saucepan). Each kit serves four people, so this is a wonderful activity for the whole family to do or a great way to cook with the APABA Silicon Valley community and have leftovers for the week. Those who wish to enjoy dinner with other APABA Silicon Valley participants can stay on after the class to socialize. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to support a local woman-owned business!
