Join us for APABA Silicon Valley’s IP New Year’s tradition – our 5th annual case law update. Keep your IP practice current with evolving developments!  Our APABA Silicon Valley expert panel will present a recap of important changes in the law, key takeaways, and how to avoid major pitfalls, based on the most significant IP cases from the Supreme Court, Federal Circuit and other influential courts. The focus will be on patents, IP transactions, and IP litigation during calendar year 2020, including important developments affecting:
