Prof. Margaret Russell, a noted Constitutional Law Professor at SCU Law will be speaking to judges, attorneys and law students about the history and legacy of the Korematsu Decisions, especially including the “disaffirmance” of Korematsu v. United States in the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision relating to the travel ban.
