APABA Silicon Valley’s Women in Law Committee, in conjunction with other bar associations across the Bay Area, has put together an initiative to start cross-bar Lean In Circles.  A Lean In circle is a small group that meets regularly to explore professional topics and personal experiences in a place of confidentiality and trust.  These are groups that help women discuss how to successfully negotiate the complex minefield that is their careers. We hope to start Lean In circles for women attorneys across the Bay Area. If you would like to join a Lean In circle, please sign up and join us!
