DESCRIPTION:RSVP here\n	\nJoin APABA Silicon Valley’s Pro Bono Committee for Safer Futures: Family Law & Immigration Rights\, a community workshop designed to support survivors of domestic violence (DV)\, intimate partner violence (IPV)\, and human trafficking (HT)\, as well as community members seeking accessible legal education and resources. \nThis 2.5-hour program will provide practical guidance on family law protections and immigration rights\, along with pathways to safety and support. Attendees can expect two 30–40 minute presentations covering family law protections (e.g.\, DVROs\, divorce\, custody) and immigration rights (e.g.\, ICE protocols\, VAWA\, U-Visas)\, along with dedicated Q&A time following each session. The program will also include resource tabling with community organizations\, providing additional support and information. \nWe encourage all who are interested in learning more about these important legal protections and community resources to attend and share with those who may benefit.
